CMA Yogesh Gupta brings over 35 years of extensive experience to ESGPRO, including 28 years in the private sector as a CFO/Director of Finance. His expertise spans Finance and Accounts, Banking, and Management Information Systems (MIS), with a strong focus on Budgeting, Costing, Valuation, and Secretarial practices. Yogesh's career also includes significant experience in Customs and Excise, FEMA, legal frameworks, and financial advisory services.

Specializing in managing distressed financial assets, Yogesh is skilled in debt restructuring and cash flow management. As a Practicing Cost Accountant, Social Auditor, Registered Insolvency Professional, and Registered Valuer (SFA), he has proven adept at navigating complex financial environments.

Yogesh is the founder director of Vyas Advisory Services Ltd., a firm specializing in corporate consultancy and debt syndication, and a founding member of EEE Insolvency Consultants Pvt Ltd., which offers support services in Insolvency & Bankruptcy. He also serves as an independent director on various boards.

Beyond his professional achievements, Yogesh is deeply committed to social welfare. With over 20 years in the industry, including more than 14 years in leadership roles, he specializes in Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Strategy, Financial Analysis, and International Taxation. His extensive experience with the development sector further highlights his commitment to making a meaningful impact.

CA Rakesh Tayal’s impressive array of qualifications and certifications includes designation as a Social Impact Assessor, membership with the Institute of Social Auditors of India, and certifications in Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting and CSR from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

With 18 years in leadership roles at multinational corporations, Suresh specializes in Customer Acquisition, Project and Product Management, Performance Management Systems, and ERP Implementations. Jacky Singh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) and the Insurance Institute of India. He is also a Member of the Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors, Institute of Valuers (as a Registered Valuer), and the ICMAI Social Auditors Organization as a certified Social Impact Assessor.

He has served as Faculty with leading institutions including ICMAI (EIRC – Kolkata), BSE Institute – Mumbai, ICMAI RVOs, and ICMAI Social Auditor Organization – Delhi, contributing extensively to professional education and capacity building in valuation and ESG.

Mr. Singh plays an active role in shaping the sustainability ecosystem as Member, ICMAI Sustainability Standards Board.

CA Manmohan Jindal brings over three decades of experience in the banking and financial sector, having served in senior leadership roles at Syndicate Bank and Canara Bank. His expertise spans credit management, recovery, treasury operations, MSME finance, and risk management.
